How Skills Learned in Meditation Led to an Increase of 400% in Running Endurance

Two weeks ago the longest distance I had ever run was 2 miles. Using breathing techniques I picked up from Meditation and Wim Hof, I hit 8 miles this past weekend in San Francisco.
